Last year my team and I (there are 3 of us) closed on nearly 125 homes propelling us into the Top 5 in our marketplace out of over 5,000 Realtors. We specialize in Foreclosure properties and have an excellent system for working with Banks and Buyers to ensure a smooth, profitable transaction for both parties. I am also proud to announce that over 60% of the Listings we sold last year were previously listed with another Real Estate Company. We continue to tweak our marketing plan to make sure it is operating as efficiently and as effectively as possible and strongly believe we are one of the best options available as a Listing Agent.

In 2009 I ranked #2 in Weichert, Realtors Palmetto Coast for closed sales units. I have saved clients literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in negotiations and proper advice at key decision points. I also was the first Realtor in our Company to represent a property South of Broad on South Battery; the most expensive listing in our Company's history in Downtown Charleston.

Many Realtors in our marketplace have become crippled by the market's uncertainty and recent decline. Background

Growing up, I had the honor and privilege of observing my Father and Grandfather, CEO and Founder, operate a highly successful Commercial Real Estate Development and Management Company. My family has shared over 50 years worth of Real Estate experience with me that can only come from years of dedication, persistence, and success.

My early life revolved around Baseball. In fact, I was so dedicated I only had 4 weeks a year of down time before I was back in the swing of things. When I was 12 I went to the Little League World Series and played 1 game on ESPN before we were eliminated by Texas. This carried over into High School where I was our team’s starting pitcher. I broke two records my senior year and helped lead our team to the State Finals. I was recruited as a pitcher at the College and played my freshman year only. After that, I decided to focus my attention on business and entrepreneurship. I graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration as well as Entrepreneurship.

One of the products of my education and entrepreneurial spirit was a Business Plan that was awarded funding by ANGEL Investors. This real estate business awarded me the 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year and an article in both the Washington Post and Wall Street Journal for a potentially “blockbusting” startup business.

Now, I too want to make my mark in history and earn the same level of professional achievement. For the past 8 years I have dedicated myself to the Real Estate Industry. Through my own trials and tribulations I have not only become a great student of the market I have also helped several families achieve their Real Estate goals by saving them thousands of dollars and countless hours.
