Hichem grew up in Tunisia, before moving to Berlin, Germany to earn his degree in Electrical Engineering. He later relocated to Los Angeles, where he founded and scaled Patchwerk LLC in revenue before selling it. In 2021, Hichem settled in Charleston where he has lived for the past five years. He met his wife in New York City in 2018, and they married in October 2025 in Pienza, Italy.

Hichem brings his entrepreneurial background in crypto investment, Web3 strategy, and digital marketing into real estate. Fluent in English, French, German, and Arabic, he offers a global perspective, an investor’s mindset, sharp negotiation skills, and a client-first approach.

Specializing in buyer representation, listing strategy, and investment advisory, Hichem has in-depth knowledge of Charleston’s neighborhoods. He stays ahead of market trends by applying his expertise in strategic execution and valuation from the crypto and branding worlds.

Outside of real estate, Hichem loves traveling, fine dining, working out, surfing, equestrian pursuits, and long walks in Charleston’s Hampton Park. His goal is to empower clients with exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the Charleston community.
