A lifelong Lowcountry resident, Kevin brings deep roots in the Charleston area and a genuine appreciation for the community he has always called home. Having watched the region grow and change over the years, he offers clients a local perspective that comes from firsthand knowledge.

Before beginning his career in real estate, Kevin spent 22 years in warehouse operations. That experience shaped his strong work ethic, straightforward communication style, and ability to work through challenges, qualities that now guide his approach with clients.

Kevin’s interest in real estate began long before becoming a licensed agent. His experience purchasing, renovating, and selling homes gave him valuable insight into the real estate process and ultimately inspired him to turn a longtime interest into a career helping others navigate their own buying and selling journeys.

Outside of real estate, Kevin also taps into his creative side through an entrepreneurial venture focused on developing original ideas. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife while exploring all the Lowcountry has to offer, from days at the beach to its incredible food scene.
