Kyle Brenner was born and raised in Central Massachusetts before attending Brandeis University, where he majored in Sociology and Business. While at Brandeis, he served as a three-year captain of the baseball team, developing the leadership, discipline, and teamwork that continue to shape his approach to real estate today.

After graduating, Kyle spent seven years working in the Athletic Department at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Alongside his professional career, he gained more than a decade of hands-on experience in residential home construction, helping build homes from foundation to finish. This unique background provides him with an in-depth understanding of home quality, construction, and value, allowing him to confidently guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process.

Since mid-2022, Kyle has served clients throughout the Charleston and Lowcountry market, successfully helping them with more than 50 homes. He works across all residential property types and is passionate about helping families, first-time buyers, investors, and those relocating to the area achieve their real estate goals.

As an active real estate investor himself, Kyle owns investment properties across the Lowcountry, giving him firsthand knowledge of the local investment market and long-term wealth-building opportunities through real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, Kyle is committed to providing honest guidance, exceptional service, and a seamless experience for every client.

Kyle and his wife, Dara, live in Mt Pleasant with their son and daughter after relocating to Charleston in 2022. Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys Charleston's offerings and spends time with his family watching the Boston sports teams.
