Brian Beatty grew up in a Real Estate family and has had a passion for his profession since he began working summers for his family's company at the age of 13. In 2006, Beatty earned Entrepreneur of the Year in Charleston for creating an online real estate marketing company, which set him on a direct path toward becoming a Realtor. Starting in the business at 21 years old and during one of the toughest economies our country has seen over the past several decades Beatty learned quickly that the best way to earn business was to become better educated, work smarter and work harder than his peers. Tony is a Charleston native growing up both downtown and in West Ashley. He attended middle school at First Baptist in the heart of the peninsula and went to High School at the Academic Magnet. He stuck around and attended the College of Charleston and graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics and Math. Before exploring real estate, Tony worked in operations management in the automotive industry and also in green energy financial product sales. He discovered his adept knowledge and skill set in sales and economics lent perfectly to a real estate career. He has become an indispensable asset to The Brian Beatty Team as our Listing Specialist by providing expert level negotiations on even the toughest of deals. He is known for being straight forward, honest and communicative throughout the entire listing and closing process. Tony still resides in West Ashley, and enjoys boating, reading and fitness when he isn't negotiating a deal!

Lynn Snyder is a Charleston native- born Downtown and raised on James Island. After graduating high school in 2001, she joined the United States Air Force Reserves and served for 10 years. She attended Trident Technical College and The Citadel and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. While serving in the USAF Reserves, Lynn also worked as a personal banker before joining The Brian Beatty Team in 2012. Having grown up in a real estate family with her grandfather working as a Real Estate Collector and Investor for over 50 years, she knew this industry was where she wanted to be. As The Brian Beatty Team’s Operations Manager, Lynn serves as a leader and coach, and helps other agents to reach their full potential. As a Veteran, she has unmatched knowledge of the ins and outs of the system, and is the perfect agent to aid service members who find themselves frequently relocating. She also enjoys serving investors and developers on upcoming projects as she has extensive market knowledge. Lynn is a mother of three boys, Blake, Liam and Ethan who are actively involved in football, soccer and baseball. She loves golfing and fishing in her limited free time.
Sam O’Neill grew up in Beaver, PA- a small suburb of Pittsburgh and attended Point Park University where he studied Film. Sam’s grandfather worked as a Real Estate Agent for most of his life, and he therefore developed an interest in Real Estate at a very early age. He realized this passion when he joined The Brian Beatty Team in 2016 as an Inside Sales Agent. Sam believes that every client needs to feel how important they are to us- and he strives to provide a level of service that says just that. Sam has grown from his original position, and is now the Director of Inside Sales. He works tirelessly to improve our sales department in order to create a fun, efficient and interactive environment thus better improving overall customer service. Sam just purchased his first home in Mt. Pleasant with his wife, Sydney and their beloved cat, Lola. He loves Penn State football and the Pittsburgh Steelers, playing board games and going to the movies every chance he gets.
Fred Oringer hails from Brooklyn, New York and spent most of his childhood in New Jersey. He studied Business Management and Marketing at Florida State University, and has over 30 years of extensive sales experience working for multiple Fortune 500 Companies such as: General Electric, Westinghouse and the Square-D Company. He effortlessly assists clients in identifying opportunities to address their challenges by promoting effective business solutions. His love of helping people to achieve their dreams is what motivates him as an Inside Sales Agent with The Brian Beatty Team. He delivers a high level of commitment and exemplary levels of customer service in order to promote a satisfying experience for our clients. Fred is father to Aaron and Alexis, and he has three grandchildren. While he is not assisting our clients with their home sales or purchases, he enjoys weight training, hiking, fine dining, and the beach.
Although Dakota originally hails from upstate SC, she likes to think of herself as a Charleston native having lived here for over 14 years. She attended College of Charleston and then received a Masters from the Citadel in Clinical Counseling. Dakota is a natural communicator and is attentive to client needs. She joined the Brian Beatty Team because she wanted to align herself with a group of people whose values matched her own and who are well-known for being rockstars in the real estate world. To guide you through your exciting new venture, Dakota will educate you on the current market and keep you informed throughout the process. She resides in Mt. Pleasant with her husband, Bruce, and when she isn't working, she loves to travel. She admits that of all the beautiful places she's seen there is no place like Charleston!
Benjie Baliles is originally from rural Stuart, Virginia. His family primarily raised tobacco and cattle, so he is no stranger to hard work. He attended Liberty University with a Master of Education with a concentration in Administration and Supervision (K-12). He began teaching Health and Physical Education immediately upon graduating. He taught for eight years as well as coached Varsity and JV football and JV basketball, tennis and track. He then worked as an Assistant Principal at the high school level for 5 years prior to moving to Charleston. Benjie discovered that his diligence and tenacity would filter perfectly into Real Estate, and felt that upon moving that this would be an excellent opportunity to pursue a new career. He takes the time to preview hundreds of homes monthly, and his persistence makes him an asset to The Brian Beatty Team. Benjie maintains an unmatched loyalty to clients and seeks to learn their exact needs and desires while purchasing a home. Benjie loves to work, work, work, but when he is at home he loves to spend time with his two sons, Aiden and Avery and his high school sweetheart-now-wife, Kirsten.
Patrick was born in upstate New York, and was raised in Seneca, South Carolina. His father worked as a residential and commercial builder, and both of his parents held real estate licenses- so he was raised in the industry, and even worked in construction throughout his early teen years. Patrick graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Tourism Management and a minor in Business Administration. He received an internship during his senior year managing condos in Destin Florida for ResortQuest where he received corporate training in business development and real estate. Patrick pursued a real estate license right out of school, and chose to join The Brian Beatty Team due to our stellar reputation and commitment to helping agents grow their business while expanding ours. His extensive background in customer service enables him to provide clients with a memorable and successful experience. Patrick loves living in Charleston because there is always something to do- whether playing golf, going to the beach, or attending any of various events always happening in the city.
Rebecca Sosa was born in Spain, both parents being in the Air Force. Her father is originally from Charleston, and moved his family back to his home town when she was a young child, and she has been here ever since! Rebecca received an internship right out of high school for an attorney working on everything from Criminal Defense to Personal Injury to, of course- Real Estate, and she quickly moved up in the position as a paralegal. This is where she discovered her passion for the industry, and worked briefly as a Real Estate Executive Assistant before pursuing a career as an agent. Rebecca believes that doing what you love is just as important as doing what you're good at, and she is passionate about architecture, design and helping people. Joining the Brian Beatty Team has enabled her to combine her strengths to bring our clients a positive and caring experience. Rebecca and her husband Rory live in Hanahan with their son, Ethan, and boxer named Hugo. They love to travel and take their son to local Stingrays games.
Hailing originally from Columbia, SC- Kelly Blackmon moved to the greater Charleston area in 2005 to attend The College of Charleston. She has resided everywhere from Downtown to West Ashley to Hanahan- and finally settled down on James Island in 2010. Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications and pursued a career in publishing working as a freelance editor prior to beginning her real estate journey. She has also worked in the customer service industry for almost a decade- and joined the Brian Beatty Team due to their lazer focus on providing excellent client experiences. Kelly obtained her Real Estate License in 2017, and has been with the team a little over a year as a Transaction Coordinator providing exemplary services to buyers and sellers- contract to close! Her attention to detail, responsiveness and knowledge of the Real Estate market here in Charleston make her an asset to have helping you through the sale and/ or purchase of your home! Kelly is mother to Julian, step-mom to Oliver, and wife to Jamie. Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys being with her family, film, music and considers herself a bit of a foodie.
